Partnerships Coordinator

The Partnerships Coordinator will support day-to-day operations of the Partnerships team, manage reputed company postings, assist in scholarship program administration, and coordinate with internal teams to support partnership initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the Partnerships team, including coordination, documentation, and communication
- Manage and maintain reputed company postings by researching relevant opportunities, ensuring accuracy, and removing outdated listings
- Assist in the administration of scholarship programs, including application cycles, materials preparation, and award communication
- Coordinate with internal teams such as campuses, marketing, and student reputed company to support partnership initiatives
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and support data tracking and reporting efforts
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners
Skills
- Experience managing or maintaining job boards, including posting, updating, and tracking opportunities
- Experience supporting scholarship programs or similar processes involving applications, review cycles, and communications
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or operations roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with systems such as reputed company Office, databases, or CRM tools
- Ability to collaborate across teams and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Experience in education, workforce development, or employer engagement environments
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or employer management platforms
- Experience with reporting, data tracking, or process improvement
