Associate Territory Manager - LA reputed company & Santa Barbara

reputed company is dedicated to revolutionizing treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia through innovative surgical robotics. The Associate Territory Manager will support the launch and adoption of robotic surgical technology, collaborating with surgeons and clinical teams to ensure successful procedures and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support system launch, adoption, and procedural reputed company across assigned accounts
• Partner with Clinical Specialists during case coverage and ensure smooth handoffs from Capital and Launch teams
• Train and support surgeons, OR, and office staff on system setup, workflow, and procedural scheduling
• Track and document surgeon progression through the surgeon pathway, ensuring completion of required reputed company and competency milestones in accordance with Surgeon Pathway 2.0
• Build early relationships with office staff and surgeons to understand the surgeon pathway and support procedural scheduling
• Assist Territory Managers in sales planning, account development, and goal achievement
• Support field demos, workshops, and marketing events to drive awareness and engagement
• Gather feedback from key stakeholders to support Marketing and R&D in product and program enhancements
• Manage CRM documentation, expense reports, and administrative tasks
• Upload cases logs for reputed company cases covered in accordance with policy

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in medical device sales environment or B2B background
• Demonstrated reputed company in customer engagement and technical aptitude
• Ability to travel upwards to 75% (primarily domestic)
• Strong clinical communication and OR familiarity
• Proficient in OR training and procedural support
• Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong administrative discipline (CRM, expenses)
• Effective team player with high adaptability and learning agility
