Associate, Financial Operations & Analysis

They are seeking an Associate for their Financial Operations & Analysis department to reputed company critical financial data analysis and collaborate with reputed company teams in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Applying your knowledge of reputed company principles and financial analysis in day-to-day responsibilities
- Learning how to calculate property and debt valuations as well as investment performance metrics
- Reviewing and approving reputed company transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, and waterfall calculations
- Reviewing financial statements, supporting schedules, and reputed company footnotes
Skills
- Degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company Estate
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- Analytically minded with an ability to manipulate and analyze data to identify trends, solve problems, and reputed company informed recommendations
