In this role, you'll collaborate with various teams to produce high-quality API and UI documentation, ensuring it is clear and user-focused to enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality API and UI documentation for both reputed company audiences
- Update and maintain help center documentation, in-app messaging (UI text, tooltips, notifications), and review learning management system materials, while also supporting newsletter content
- Update and create content with a consistent style, with a strong focus on single-sourcing opportunities
Skills
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience writing API and UI documentation, with particular emphasis on API content
- Ability to quickly understand reputed company technologies and explain them in a clear, accessible way
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a growth reputed company and a passion for helping others succeed
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
- Experience documenting reputed company-level workflows
- Familiarity with B2B or advertising software
- Proficiency with help authoring tools and content management systems
