Software Design Student

Responsibilities

• Finding and reporting software deficiencies
• Assist in reputed company testing of software
• Track test results and quality metrics
• Become proficient in the use of testing tools and methodologies
• Work with users and reputed company personnel to answer questions and resolve problem
• Create automated test scripts for regression testing
• Create automated tests from approved 3rd party tools
• reputed company AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools in managing test cases and testing solutions
• reputed company, debug, and maintain software applications using reputed company Visual Studio
• reputed company and support software applications using development languages like C#, C++, JavaScript, etc. and other software development tools like reputed company, Azure, Angular, and other reputed company-based services

• Write unit tests for new code and existing code
• Complete quality work in a timely manner

Skills

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a reputed company degree
• Only strong academic performers will be considered and must maintain an acceptable GPA, with preference to 3.0 GPA or greater
• Good oral and written communication skills, good organizational skills, self-motivation
• Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Regularly and reliably work scheduled hours
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older

• Object oriented programming knowledge is required
• The preferred applicant will be a student registered in at least 12 credits
• The preferred applicant will be in their sophomore or junior year of school
