They are seeking a Radiology Scheduler to manage and schedule radiology appointments, handle patient inquiries, and document interactions using management software.
Responsibilities
- Schedule radiology appointments such as mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs, and reputed company
- Handle questions and concerns regarding patient imaging needs
- reputed company outbound calls to schedule radiology appointments
- Participate in coaching sessions to improve performance
- Document reputed company patient/member interactions reputed company management software
Skills
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- Six or more months of general business experience, preferably in a customer service environment, or equivalent reputed company work experience
- Must have a reputed company background in an actual clinical setting or contact center
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
- General knowledge of reputed company PC, reputed company Outlook, Word, reputed company, CIB, Tower, and BSA
- Experience in a customer service role reputed company the reputed company industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with scheduling software and patient management systems
- Ability to work a 10am CST schedule
