Customer Service Ambassador – arenaflex Store Experience

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable
- Register sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience
- Model and reputed company customer service best practices with reputed company team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- reputed company customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service, recommending items for sale and suggesting trade-up and/or companion items
- Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash and distribute change as requested, process voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
- Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves, and ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
- Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise, and complete resets and revisions as directed
- Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures, and have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment
- reputed company customer service in the photo area, including digital reputed company photo service, poster print and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products
- Assume web pick-up responsibilities, monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they reputed company at the store
- Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, reputed company, orderly store condition and appearance

Training & Personal Development:
* Attend training and complete PPLs (Performance and Productivity Learning) requested by Manager or assigned by corporate

Essential Qualifications:
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications:
* Six months of experience in a retail environment
- Prior work experience with arenaflex

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
