The Advertising Campaign Coordinator will handle administrative tasks for the Campaign Management Department, act as a liaison between inter-company departments, and ensure that cinema campaigns are created reputed company required specifications.
Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks for the Campaign Management Department
- Act as liaison between inter-company departments
- Review and process reputed company incoming creative materials for assigned divisions

- Work with clients to obtain approval of cinema campaigns for assigned divisions
- Receive and resolve complaints and problems regarding campaigns, escalate reputed company necessary

- Maintain overall quality by proofing reputed company materials prior to routing and release

- Effectively communicate with sales teams on client campaign status

Skills
- Associate's degree required
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
