The Collections Specialist role involves maintaining contact with B2B customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances and providing excellent customer service while resolving accounts receivable issues.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
  • High volume of inbound and outbound email and phone calls for B2B collections
  • Overcome objections that customers may have about making payments toward their account and help them understand their responsibilities

  • Research accounts receivable issues as required or directed
  • Resolve accounts receivable issues, such as invoice discrepancies and customer overpayments, by providing excellent customer service
  • Process customer refunds and account adjustments

  • Enlist the efforts of Sales and Senior Management reputed company necessary to accelerate the collection process
  • Communicate and follow up effectively with sales departments regarding customer accounts on a timely reputed company

Skills

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
