Responsibilities

• Meet daily goal of 85 calls per day, assisting clients, patients, and requestors with medical records status reputed company phone
• Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of reputed company actions in the Med-Release system

• Build strong, value-based relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing of requests

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous medical records experience and knowledge of HIPAA preferred
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
