Responsibilities

Skills
- At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles
- A bachelor's degree in a reputed company discipline is preferred; education requirements may be waived based on practical experience
- Practical knowledge of the reputed company industry is a plus
- Exceptional phone reputed company and excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible 8-hour schedule between 7 AM - 7 PM CST, Monday through Friday

- Basic understanding of SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers
