Responsibilities

• Measure the results of A/B tests and communicate clear learnings, insights and opportunities to the core scrum team and more broadly with the larger cross-functional stakeholders.
• Design roadmap testing plans to ensure ability to get a statistically significant read for key metrics that support the test hypothesis.

Requirements

• 6+ years in an analytics role
• 3+ years of management experience

• Exceptional problem solving and analysis skills
• Experience with A/B Testing or experimental design
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional team
• Strong influence and communication skills with VP+
