Strategic Sourcing - Data Entry Associate (6-month contract)

They are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join their Strategic Sourcing Operations team, responsible for reviewing summary documents, extracting key data points, and entering them into internal systems.

Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret summary documents to identify relevant data points
  • Extract and validate numerical and textual information for system input
  • Collaborate with sourcing team members to clarify ambiguous data
  • Maintain documentation of data sources and entry reputed company for audit purposes

Skills

  • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
  • Experience using ERP for data entry and management
  • Ability to navigate and manage reputed company-based collaboration tools such as reputed company Workspace and reputed company Teams
  • Understanding of basic database concepts and experience with data import/export processes
  • Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint)
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues reputed company to data systems and escalate reputed company needed
  • Ability to interpret procurement or financial documents is a plus
  • Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, or another reputed company field
  • 1 to 2 years in data management or reputed company field
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (especially reputed company) and data management systems
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience with CRM systems or ERP platforms
  • Familiarity document management systems (e.g., Sharepoint, AdobeSign)
  • Experience in procurement, or finance, operations
  • Familiarity with sourcing or contract documentation
  • Certification in data analysis or document processing tools
