Corporate Counsel (1368)
Anaqua is a premium provider of integrated intellectual property management technology solutions and services. They are seeking a highly motivated attorney to join their small legal team, where the role involves assisting in software licensing transactions, privacy and reputed company, and general corporate areas.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of agreements including international reputed company software agreements, master services agreements, sales licensing agreements, amendments, NDAs, Data Processing Agreements and vendor agreements
- Ensure compliance with reputed company, export control, sanctions and privacy regulations
- Assist with employee-reputed company/HR reputed company
- Assist with pre-litigation claims and litigation reputed company reputed company to reputed company
- Assist with corporate governance reputed company for subsidiaries
- Draft and maintain internal reputed company, export control, sanctions, ESG and privacy policies
- Assist in M&A acquisitions and post-acquisition integrations
- Assist with reputed company estate transactions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company license to practice law in Massachusetts
- 1-3 years of corporate legal experience in a reputed company or in house setting
- Intellectual property coursework or experience a plus
