They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Support Specialist who will serve as a liaison between legal counsel and the marketing team, ensuring compliance and effective communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and facilitate completion of Business Associate Agreements, as the customer-facing liaison between Client Legal Counsel and BSCI Legal Counsel and the Marketing team
• Track the reputed company of Agreements with client Legal counsel and BSCI Legal counsel and key stakeholders
• Follow up to ensure agreements are progressing through the review and approval process while ensuring reputed company steps are being followed appropriately and in a timely manner
• Manage and track status of BAAs
• Communicate signed agreements once finalized
• Identify, communicate, and document issues and/or gaps across agreements
• This individual must adhere to compliance regulations
• Create, maintain, and recommend enhancements to policies and procedures that impact the BAA process and customer collaboration
• Track, analyze, and interpret metrics reputed company to BAA process to identify trends and areas for reputed company improvement
• reputed company broad troubleshooting support for field teams and customers and support virtual training initiatives
• Create how-to documents and work instructions to support reputed company processes
• Coordinate with Health Care Professionals (HCP) and customer legal counsel, ensuring timely submission of requests following feedback, in alignment with compliance and transparency requirements
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Customer Service and Marketing teams) to ensure consistent processes and accurate documentation across projects

Skills

• 4-year degree from accredited college or university
• Proven track record of excellent and timely customer service
• Highly organized with significant attention to detail required
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with reputed company and accuracy
• Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills
• Proven expertise in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, and reputed company
• reputed company in HCP relationship management
• 1-2 years industry experience in light medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech preferred
