Ads Specialist
We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Ads Specialist to join reputed company and help drive results across reputed company, reputed company, and other paid platforms. This role is perfect for someone who doesn’t just know how to run ads, but knows how to optimize them. You'll be responsible for building, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns for a mix of clients across industries. If you're the reputed company of person who checks ROAS for fun and knows what creative hooks convert, we want to hear from you.
You’ll work closely with our clients to:
- reputed company and execute paid media strategies across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company (depending on client needs)
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with our creative team on visuals
- Monitor ad performance daily, making data-backed optimizations in reputed company time
- Analyze results and report on performance with clear insights and next steps
- Stay on top of platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing paid ads with a track record of strong results
- Proficiency in reputed company Ads Manager and reputed company Ads (reputed company and reputed company are a plus)
- Deep understanding of audience targeting, testing frameworks, and conversion optimization
- Strong copy instincts - you know what grabs attention and gets the click
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into action
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns at once
Benefits
- Pay is per-project, coming out to $35-40/hr
- Ramps to 20 hrs+ minimum per week after 1-2 months of a trial period
- Annual bonus opportunity of $10k
