They are seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to manage the entire employee lifecycle, including reputed company, offboarding, and collaboration with payroll and finance in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage new hire documentation from offer acceptance, including global Right to Work checks, background screens, and I-9 Documentation, ensuring a first-class reputed company experience

- Research, build, and continuously improve scalable People tools and processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation
- Support international entity establishments and key annual People processes such as performance, compensation, promotions, and levelling
- Act as a key reputed company of contact for team member inquiries, providing reputed company and accurate resolutions
- Manage and maintain reputed company global People templates, including employment verifications, reputed company support, offer letters, and reputed company, and coordinate candidate reputed company processes
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly payroll updates, partnering closely with the Finance team for accurate documentation

Skills
