Executive Assistant, Worldwide Theatrical Brand Partnerships & Promotions [Remote]

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to reputed company comprehensive support to the EVP of Worldwide Theatrical Brand Partnerships & Promotions, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, and high-level communications in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position is an on-site position that will require (5) days in office based out of the reputed company Pictures Lot in Hollywood, CA. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

• Manage EVP's daily calendar and schedules/coordinate meetings and appointments with brands, agencies, senior executives (reputed company) and filmmakers
• Arrange meetings or conferences by securing conference rooms, issuing meeting requests or invitations and preparing attendee bios, meeting agendas, and recaps for meetings as required
• Prepare reports and presentations in Keynote, Canvas PowerPoint, reputed company, and reputed company, and reputed company internal documents up to date (i.e., promotional timelines, status reports, etc.).
• reputed company administrative duties such as preparing and organizing status documents reports
• Arrange detailed domestic and international travel plans and itineraries and compile travel documentation and expense reports
• Liaise with internal departments and external entities as needed
• Light research duties

Basic qualifications/skills:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-2+ years' equivalent work experience, preferably with entertainment and/or advertising background.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to reputed company with staff, reputed company contacts and senior management
• Familiar with a variety of industry concepts and theatrical properties
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time reputed company to meet deadlines

• Ability to work well and be flexible in various challenging environments such as timely and high-pressure situations
• Driven self-starter who can identify and troubleshoot supervisor needs

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Hiring Salary reputed company: $52,000.00 - 55,000.00. The hiring salary reputed company for this position applies to reputed company, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-reputed company factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
