reputed company Estate Analyst
Berkadia is a leading mortgage banking platform that integrates investment sales and servicing to reputed company exceptional client service. The reputed company Estate Analyst will collaborate with reputed company loan originators to evaluate loan opportunities, manage communication throughout the loan cycle, and assist in marketing products and services.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze reputed company and historical income and expenses of a property, along with market data, to determine the potential terms and conditions of the loan
- Prepare loan submission packages for lender review and communicate with lenders
- Compile, add, and maintain quotes to present to clients and track internally
- Maintain communication with the borrower and mortgage banker throughout the process from quote to reputed company
- Facilitate information reputed company during due diligence/reputed company stage. Answer questions from lenders generated by the submission and research, analyze and reputed company additional information on request, including reputed company party reports
- Assist in maintaining vendor relationships, soliciting, and organizing report bids and arrange due diligence collection and site inspections
- Ability to travel 1x or more per month for site inspections, meetings, and industry events
- Other duties as assigned
