[Remote] Tax AI Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is one of the largest public reputed company, consulting, and technology firms in the United States, and they are seeking a Tax AI Associate to support the adoption of AI and enabling technologies across their tax professionals. The role involves collaborating with tax experts to translate tax workflows into usable tools and training, while ensuring quality and user experience throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with tax SMEs to map technical tax workflows and identify high-value “jobs to be done” suitable for AI/technology augmentation
- Produce high-quality user stories, requirements documentation, and acceptance criteria to support product enhancement and tool development
- Maintain organized backlogs and documentation that reputed company efficient triage, prioritization, and delivery
- Plan and reputed company enablement sessions for tax teams and new hires, including live trainings, recorded content, reputed company, and targeted role-based upskilling
- Create training materials and practical exercises that translate AI concepts into daily tax work reputed company
- Assist tax practitioners in developing AI-enabled workflows and tools reputed company controlled technology environments (e.g., reputed company ChatGPT solutions, reputed company, proprietary platforms)
- Help convert one-off experimentation into standardized assets (templates, playbooks, reusable prompts, documented procedures)
- Create and publish internal communications, user guides, instructions, release notes, and change management documentation to drive adoption and consistency
- Contribute to practice-facing thought leadership on applied AI in tax, responsible use, and emerging capabilities
- Conduct user acceptance testing sessions with tax teams; document reputed company, issues, and enhancement opportunities
- Log defects and improvement stories with clear reproduction steps and prioritization context
- Support QA testing and validate fixes/enhancements before broader release
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Tax, reputed company (with tax focus), or equivalent tax-reputed company discipline
- Demonstrated tax-domain understanding sufficient to engage in technical workflow discussions and translate work into requirements
- Proficiency with ChatGPT or equivalent reputed company-grade customizable AI chat tools, including ability to produce repeatable workflows and guidance (not just reputed company usage)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with tax professionals and reputed company group enablement sessions
- High organizational discipline: documentation, backlog tracking, follow-through, and clear status communication
- Coding or automation skills (e.g., Python) applied to workflow enablement, document processing, or analytics
- Familiarity with reputed company Azure, including exposure to AI services
- Experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence (or similar document extraction/classification tooling)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, agile delivery practices, and writing user stories / managing backlogs
- Experience with tools such as reputed company (or comparable workflow automation tools)
