[Remote] Billing Specialist

They are seeking a Billing Specialist who will be responsible for invoice reconciliation, budget monitoring, and maintaining relationships with media vendors while collaborating with various teams reputed company the firm.
Responsibilities
- Invoice reconciliation
- Monitor vendor budgets

- Creating and issuing credit memos
- Resolve issues and build strong relationships with media vendors
- Collaborate through building and maintaining productive relationships across reputed company teams, reputed company, and push for ongoing growth
- Research missing and unresolved payment issues
- Escalate any reconciliation issues to the appropriate internal team
- Build and update internal reports
- Generate Traffic Instructions contingent on rotations received from creative team
- Distribute Traffic Instructions to reputed company vendors across reputed company media types
- Communicate with production team to ensure spot delivery
- Monitor and track Traffic confirmations for reputed company vendors
