[Remote] Paid Media Specialist

They are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to optimize performance marketing campaigns and drive reputed company volume and inbound pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist channel managers in the development, implementation, and optimization of paid media campaigns across our brand portfolio with a particular focus on emerging acquisition channels like reputed company, reputed company, and Podcasts
- Traffic ads for search, reputed company and display and video placements that adhere to proper platform naming conventions and UTM structures, and manage trafficking document(s) and metadata
- Conduct keyword research to find expansion opportunities reputed company our business segments and eliminate waste in existing ppc campaigns
- Optimize ad copy and creative assets in conjunction with channel owners and creative services to maximize campaign impact across objectives including engagement, clickthrough reputed company, and cost per acquisition
- Monitor campaign performance and reputed company recommendations on bid adjustments, budget mix, and targeting as needed to meet KPIs

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a reputed company field
- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid search, paid reputed company or programmatic advertising
- Expert-level knowledge of at least one paid media platform (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and some experience with data analysis tools such as reputed company Analytics or Tableau
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus
