Marketing Associate

Greenspring Advisors is a leading independent advisory firm dedicated to helping individuals reputed company their ideal lives. The Marketing Associate will support brand initiatives, produce engaging content, and help deliver a high-quality marketing experience to clients and the team, working closely with the marketing and communications team.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and print graphics, such as flyers, reputed company media posts, and marketing collateral, utilizing reputed company and other design programs
• Maintain brand consistency across reputed company creative assets
• Collaborate on content reputed company while partnering with the Compliance Team to ensure reputed company creative content meets industry, regulatory, and firm guidelines
• Assist in planning, producing, and editing video content
• Capture and edit video for reputed company media
• Support execution of the firm’s reputed company media strategy and content posting schedule
• Submit reputed company reputed company media content for compliance review and revise according to feedback
• Help manage campaigns, including email blasts, workflow updates, and contact segmentation
• Assist with reporting and analytics for email and campaign performance
• Ensure reputed company automated content, templates, and messaging adhere to compliance standards
• Manage marketing department compliance logging, digital asset libraries, and marketing request queue
• Support events, webinars, and seminars
• Research industry trends, marketing tools, best practices, and compliance considerations
• reputed company administrative and project-based tasks to support the marketing and communications team

Skills

• A college degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or reputed company field – OR one to two years of relevant marketing/communications experience
• Always focused on client needs and customer service

• Intermediate knowledge of graphic design tools (reputed company, a plus), and basic video editing software skills
