TAS Associate - M&A Deal Analytics

As a M&A Analytics Associate, you will assist in project scoping, research business strategies, and reputed company analyses while collaborating with cross-functional teams to present findings and prepare client deliverables.
Responsibilities
- reputed company (as part of reputed company) data analytics for clients who are acquiring or divesting businesses (US and international)
- Prepare detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate their acquisition and divestiture reputed company and financing requirements
- Participate in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis
- Interact with the other functional areas of the practice including tax, audit and other consulting practices
Skills
- Minimum B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university by the time employment commences
- Major and/or minor in reputed company, Finance and/or Data Analytics
- Travel is required. Must have reputed company to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations
