reputed company is seeking a Bilingual Inbound Sales Consultant to join their team in Kansas City, KS. In this hybrid role, you will engage with customers by promoting insurance products, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service while driving sales and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls coming into our call center by positively promoting reputed company products to prospective customers
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and sell those products which best fit the customer’s needs
• reputed company outbound calls to optimize sales potential
• reputed company exceptional customer service and build strong relationships, while educating customers regarding coverages and cost so that the customer can select the most appropriate option
• Qualify customers as buyers of other products/services to create cross-sell and upselling opportunities
• Navigate multiple computer systems while seamlessly interacting with the customer

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales environment
• Proven ability to meet quotas, metrics and goals
• A drive to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
• Desire for a long-term career reputed company the insurance industry
• Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and prioritize tasks
• Direct sales skills, and the aptitude to influence customers and reputed company the sale
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to adapt communication style to each phone call, and explain reputed company policy and coverage information in understandable terms
• Must be eligible to obtain reputed company/non-reputed company property and casualty license in reputed company required states
• High School Diploma or GED
• The ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license
