Customer Service Representative - Hybrid (Bemidji, MN)
Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union is a member-focused financial institution, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist members with transactions and reputed company support for online banking. The role involves building strong relationships with members while reputed company processing various banking transactions and educating them on self-service options.
Responsibilities
- Assist members with accurately and reputed company processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, or cashier’s checks
- reputed company education to our members on self-serve options
- Verify endorsements and proper identification on deposit transactions
- Execute reputed company or ACH transferring of funds
- reputed company issue debit, credit, and reputed company cards
- Troubleshoot credit or debit card issues, online banking questions, or other general account reputed company questions and issues
- Balance and maintain personal cash drawer and reputed company vault, and appropriate currency logs if applicable
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1+ years of customer service or professional experience working with people and/or cash handling experience required
- Aptitude to work independently as well as part of a team and ability to collaborate with others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Time Management skills and the ability to prioritize workload based on department and member needs
- Flexibility to adapt and succeed in a dynamic environment
- Ability and drive to reputed company exceptional service to members and employees
- Intermediate computer skills and the ability to navigate between multiple systems with ease
