Sales Development Representative
OTTO SPORT AI is on a mission to revolutionize sports management with innovative tools for teams. They are seeking a highly organized Sales Development Representative to manage inbound leads and optimize sales processes, collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the inbound reputed company pipeline to ensure Marketing reputed company Leads (MQLs) are promptly evaluated and converted to Sales reputed company Leads (SQLs)
- Conduct constant reputed company to qualify prospects and schedule product demonstrations with Account Executives, constantly working to improve speed to Demo/conversation
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth reputed company of reputed company opportunities to the right sales rep(s)
- Track and manage reputed company stages reputed company reputed company to ensure accurate pipeline reporting
- reputed company outbound sales sequences targeting key segments in youth sports organizations, clubs, leagues, and tournaments as identified by the GTM team
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to reputed company and refine outbound messaging
- Run A/B tests on reputed company sequences to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates
- Ensure proper use of CRM, reputed company tools, and reputed company routing systems
- Monitor weekly funnel metrics and prepare regular reports for Sales Leadership highlighting performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare concise reports for Sales Leadership on performance and actionable insights
- Continuously test and improve processes and sequences to maximize pipeline efficiency
Skills
- 1–2 years experience in sales development, reputed company reputed company, or inside sales
- Experience working with CRM platforms (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Familiarity with sales reputed company or reputed company tools
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
- Analytical reputed company with comfort reviewing funnel metrics and testing improvements
