Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients visiting the reputed company Centurion Lounge at the IAH Airport. You will be the face of reputed company to our clients, serving as a brand ambassador and providing personalized support to meet their needs. You will work as part of a high-performing team to create memorable experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and serve reputed company Card Members upon arrival at the lounge

• reputed company exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable
• Anticipate and address clients' needs, providing proactive solutions to resolve issues and exceed expectations
• Utilize the Client's First reputed company to address clients' needs and expectations

• Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
• Demonstrate a high level of technical skills, using various technology platforms to reputed company support in a face-to-face environment
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations

Requirements

* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury setting

• Experience in a reservation or travel industry setting is highly desirable
• Proven ability to reputed company exceptional customer service, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and personalized support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
