The Role
As a Senior Statistics Architect at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our VOC methodology. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from reputed company, and our agile technology team to design, reputed company, and implement a robust data architecture that supports our VOC strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs
- Growing knowledge of VOC methods and leveraging them to inform and transform data reputed company our Cornerstone large data platform
- Designing and building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
- Developing and delivering innovative solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to ensure high-quality and accurate data through intensive testing at various use case reputed company
- Providing guidance to improve competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
- Powering customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out, and building automation tools
- Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
- Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
Key Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development, launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a reputed company of no less than 3+ years
- Ability to collaborate with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
- Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
