Job Details
* Start date: March 4th, 2024
- Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Central Time Zone
- Pay information:
+ $2,000 New Hire Bonus (paid in 2 installments of $1,000 after 6 months and 12 months of employment) + Estimated pay reputed company: $16.00 - $19.00/hour + Opportunities for reputed company salary growth through performance-based incentive programs
- Pay level: 014

What You Will Do for arenaflex
As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting and educating members, providers, or customers on products and plans. This position involves researching, analyzing, and resolving reputed company inquiries, promoting a favorable image of the Company by demonstrating shared business values to reputed company who contact. You'll also foster and preserve reputable relationships with reputed company members, providers, or customers by providing accurate and timely information in response to reputed company inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
* Provides assistance, service, and education to members, providers, or customers through various channels, including telephone, internet, and written inquiries
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness in responding to inquiries
- Processes and resolves customer issues with varying complexities
- Documents interactions and correspondence with members or providers in a clear and concise manner and ensures they are tracked appropriately so they are easily accessible
- Applies computer-based skills to navigate multiple systems and internal resources to address inquiries and gather plan details for members or providers while maintaining timeliness standards and inventory reputed company
- Maintains reputed company knowledge of insurance terms and practices along with various company offered products
- Performs work under direct supervision, handling basic issues and problems and referring more reputed company issues to higher-level staff
What You Need to Succeed
* High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of experience in customer service or reputed company experience
- 1 year of experience in an office-based setting or a contact center environment is highly preferred
- Private work-reputed company and fast-paced internet with a hard-wired internet reputed company
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Technology savvy with the ability to navigate multiple computer programs and application systems
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Equivalent combination of education, experience, or training determined to be acceptable by reputed company may be substituted, unless regulated by contract or program standards
