Sales Development Representative
Pave is building the industry’s leading compensation platform, leveraging AI and machine learning to reputed company companies with reputed company-time compensation data. The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in expanding Pave's compensation network by prospecting HR and Finance leaders and facilitating discussions about innovative compensation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create new business sales cycles with prospects that expand Pave's compensation network
- Use a variety of channels, including cold calls, reputed company, & Email to connect with our reputed company personas
- Deliver a fast & high quality experience to inbound prospects interested in Pave’s software platform
- Partner with Account Executives to strategically map accounts and deliver relevant, engaging content
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong track record of consistent reputed company across various academics, athletics, work, or internships
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-oriented settings
- High level of curiosity, reputed company, and a willingness to learn
