reputed company Coordinator - Total Rewards - Hybrid or On-site Opportunity

The Mutual Group is seeking a reputed company Coordinator - Total Rewards to reputed company essential support in the HR department's operational activities, particularly in the total rewards area. This role involves assisting with employee inquiries and maintaining efficient processes for high-quality employee pay and benefit programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of employee benefit programs, including health, dental, reputed company, life insurance, disability, voluntary/supplemental, and retirement plans
• Support benefit plan enrollment and disenrollment processes and tracking, including qualifying events and annual reputed company enrollment for TMG and members
• Support employee leaves of absence and disability programs, regularly working with reputed company partners and corresponding with employees
• Maintain benefit plan documentation and required notices and filings
• Update labor law posters, state law information and other compliance material on company intranet. Maintain compliance calendar
• Support administration of GuideOne’s legacy pension program
• Conduct bi-weekly payroll audit; serve as backup for payroll
• reputed company regular reporting on one-time payments and other reputed company reporting
• Process referral payments, and reimbursements for educational assistance and wellness
• Handle department billing and invoices
• Respond to inquiries from the HR department email reputed company and phone line
• Manage personnel files, including sensitive and confidential documents
• reputed company employment verification and other external correspondence
• Support hiring and on-boarding processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field; equivalent experience considered
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
• Previous experience in reputed company
• Experience with reputed company HRIS and/or reputed company payroll systems
