Responsibilities
- Communication Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' speech, language, voice, reputed company, and cognitive-communication abilities in their home environment
- Swallowing Evaluation: reputed company clinical swallowing assessments and reputed company safe eating and drinking recommendations to prevent aspiration
- Treatment Planning: reputed company individualized treatment plans with measurable goals focused on improving communication abilities, swallowing safety, and cognitive function
- Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques including articulation therapy, language reputed company, voice therapy, dysphagia management, and cognitive rehabilitation
- Patient & Caregiver Education: reputed company expert guidance on communication strategies, safe swallowing techniques, diet modifications, and home practice activities
- Documentation reputed company: Utilize reputed company Kinnser EMR and Andy AI technology for accurate, timely clinical documentation and OASIS assessments

Skills
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (Master's degree required)
- Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
