The Bilingual Scheduling Specialist is responsible for providing world-class customer service to clients, understanding the admission and billing processes, and ensuring a smooth patient experience while being proficient in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Understanding admission, billing, payments, and denials
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient insurance process for obtaining authorizations and benefits verification
- Knowledge of medical terminology or CPT or procedure codes
- Patient reputed company experience with managed care/insurance and Call Center experience is highly preferred

- Customer service-oriented builds trust and respect by exceeding customer expectations
Skills
- High School Diploma Required
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Certified reputed company Cycle Representative (CRCR) required reputed company 9 months of hire
- Understanding admission, billing, payments, and denials
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient insurance process for obtaining authorizations and benefits verification
- Knowledge of medical terminology or CPT or procedure codes
