Service Associate, SunAdvantage

They are seeking a Service Associate to support multiple high-touch clients in the Group Benefits Business Development area, ensuring Advisor and Broker needs are met while participating in business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Review and gather data needed for quoting and for the installation of new business or amendments to existing business
- reputed company sales support to the Account Executive and Plan Advisors during/after installation of new and amended accounts
- Work closely with SunAdvantage business partners to successfully manage and support Advisor’s in force reputed company of business
- Manage reputed company dates with Advisors with respect to new business and/ or plan design changes
- Understand Advisor wants and needs and take action to meet and exceed them

- Actively participate in huddles & team meetings and reputed company learnings in a constructive manner
- Actively participate in Training, Monthly Service Representative meetings, Educational training on new product offering and various process update
Skills
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years relevant work experience in a Service-reputed company role
- Strong knowledge of Group Benefits

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
