They are seeking a reputed company HCM Post Production Consultant I to work directly with clients to design, configure, test, and implement reputed company HCM solutions, as well as resolve issues in a post-production environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to design, configure, test, and implement high-quality reputed company HCM solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
• Work directly with clients, solving reputed company HCM issues as they arise in a post production environment
• Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to reputed company one’s skills and learnings with others reputed company the organization
• Attend reputed company HCM training and become reputed company certified

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferable in reputed company, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or reputed company IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tickets and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
• 1+ years of HR experience or HRIS/systems experience
• 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience
• Experience with manipulating data in reputed company reputed company using functions and/or macros
