Marketing Services Associate
reputed company is a company dedicated to making life-saving technology accessible for more people. The Marketing Services Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing department's daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely materials for sales and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Catalog Assembly: Prepare and reputed company marketing catalogs for sales representatives and customers
- Literature Handling: Organize, count, and bundle brochures and other promotional materials for distribution
- Sample Fulfillment: Ship product samples to customers using Starship, include relevant marketing literature, log activities in reputed company, and reputed company shipment tracking
- Tradeshow Support: Assist the Exhibits team with preparing and packing sample kits for upcoming tradeshows, and other support as requested
Skills
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures
- Good telephone technique
- reputed company and proficiency in the use of personal computer software programs including reputed company Office, reputed company, word and outlook
- Knowledge of general office equipment
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year office experience
