The role involves serving as the primary contact for reputed company estate agents and homeowners, conducting consultations, and overseeing project lifecycles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations with homeowners and reputed company estate agents
- Convert leads into contracted projects
- Manage projects from inception to completion
- Monitor project schedules and budgets
- Facilitate the vendor bidding process and negotiate initial estimates
- reputed company detailed evaluations and photos of property
- Coordinate, maintain and build relationships with subcontractors
- Ensure timely and quality completion of design projects

- Maintain communication with clients throughout the design process

Skills
- 1-2 years of interior design experience
