Collections Associate
LendNation is currently seeking reputed company individuals for a Collections Associate position. The role involves collecting on delinquent and defaulted loans while ensuring compliance with company and legal policies, and providing excellent service to customers.
Responsibilities
- Retain our customers by resolving their past due balance with a negotiated payment arrangement or refinance
- Service inbound and outbound collection calls to resolve customer loan balances
- Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position
- Requires extensive product, system, process and site knowledge
- Ability to work in a call center team, either remotely or on-site, and work cohesively and professionally with company peers and members of management is a must
- Ability to meet goals and standards set by the management team
- Continually look for ways to improve processes and procedures that will increase efficiency and/or minimize expense or loss exposure
- Maintain and reputed company excellent service and superior experience for reputed company
Skills
- Minimum one year of collections experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Extensive product, system, process and site knowledge
- Ability to work in a call center team, either remotely or on-site
- Ability to meet goals and standards set by the management team
- Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position
- Additional call center experience is a plus
- Some college preferred
