Job Summary
As a Senior Gear Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with our Art, Layout, and Engineering teams to identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance our development process.
- Working closely with the team to generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected solution.
- Assisting in the development, preservation, and extension of arenaflex's proprietary reputed company-specific and custom gear.
- Building and guiding custom asset pipelines.
- Growing arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in our development process across various disciplines.
- Preserve, reputed company, and aid present development gear.
- Build and guide custom asset pipelines.

Essential Qualifications
