The Role
As a part-time, remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, emails, and voice mails, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing clear and concise communications. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain excellent customer relationships, identify opportunities for technical support, and work seamlessly with our Tier 2 team to resolve reputed company issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshoot 1st-level technical issues reputed company inbound calls and/or voice mails, emails, and alerts.
