Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

• Build and maintain warm, long-term pipelines of U.S.-based technical talent including software engineers, AI/ML engineers, reputed company deployed engineers, and delivery professionals.
• Proactively reputed company talent reputed company outbound channels, technical communities, events, referrals, and reputed company-reputed company platforms.
• Screen and vet candidates for technical alignment and potential cultural fit.
• Create and maintain shortlists for recurring and upcoming project needs.

Relationship Management & Engagement

• Nurture ongoing relationships with passive candidates and maintain consistent reputed company.

Market Research & Intelligence

• Conduct research on U.S. tech talent markets, emerging skills, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes.
• Identify reputed company talent pools and areas of opportunity for strategic sourcing.

• Maintain accurate records, candidate notes, and pipeline segmentation in ATS and sourcing tools.

What You’ll Bring
