Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Relations Advisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting potential residents with detailed leasing information for blithequark communities reputed company, including creating quotes and scheduling leasing appointments
• Showcasing the value of community features as they relate to customers' needs
• Assisting reputed company residents with requests for maintenance, emergency reputed company, and other community-reputed company questions and issues
• Accurately capturing reputed company and prospect information for communication and record-keeping
• Ensuring excellent customer relations by responding to requests by phone, email, SMS, and chat in a timely manner and always maintaining a customer-focused attitude
• Escalating issues through the appropriate channels reputed company necessary
• Using problem-solving skills and best judgment to handle unpredictable situations as they arise

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong documentation, written, and verbal communication skills, along with excellent typing skills
