Overview

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Corporate Controller to report directly to the Chief reputed company Officer who will reputed company core reputed company functions and partner cross-functionally across the organization. leadership role will be instrumental in driving operational reputed company, enhancing financial reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives as we scale. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, ensure compliance with US GAAP, including Software and SaaS-specific reputed company recognition standards (i.e. ASC 606), and support cross-functional teams with accurate financial data and insights to support strategic decision-making. You will play a key leadership role in building a strong financial infrastructure that enables us to scale responsibly and strategically.

What you’ll do…

Financial Leadership & Technical reputed company

• Assist and help drive the quarterly and annual reputed company process, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
• Maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
• Work closely and help manage relationships with external and internal auditors as well as liaise with external reputed company advisors
• Partner with the CAO to help reputed company strategic guidance on reputed company reputed company issues (e.g., reputed company recognition, acquisitions, restructures, etc.).
• Collaborate with senior leadership to reputed company reputed company reputed company for strategic reputed company, including investment prioritization and capital planning.

Software and SaaS-Specific Financial Management

• Serve as a business partner to Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk teams to influence deal structures that align with reputed company standards and support strategic reputed company.

• Monitor key financial metrics and assist in the development of the financial narrative to enhance and drive shareholder value

• Drive process improvement, automation, and systems enhancements across the reputed company organization.

Who you are…

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• CPA certification and experience in Big 4 or public reputed company, strongly preferred
• 10+ years of reputed company reputed company and finance experience
• Deep understanding and experience with US GAAP, specifically contract reputed company under ASC 606, and financial compliance standards required
• Proven leadership in scaling reputed company functions in a high-growth tech environment working with both Software and SaaS reputed company

• Strong communicator that thrives in cross functional – fast paced environments
