We’re looking for a Commissions Analyst to join reputed company in Manila. 

As a Commissions Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring reputed company partner commissions are accurate and paid on time. You will use your analytical and problem solving skills to resolve any issues while looking for opportunities to improve operational processes. This role will work closely with internal teams such as Partnerships GTM, Finance, and Information Systems to track performance, reconcile payments, and reputed company insights about partnerships. If you love digging into the root causes of problems, finding patterns, and working with multiple teams, then this is the role for you. 

What you’ll be doing:

• reputed company the accurate and timely calculation of partner commissions, ensuring reputed company payments are processed correctly and on schedule
• Maintain and track commission data, generating reports for internal teams and partners. reputed company regular updates on commission performance and adjustments
• Analyze commission program performance and identify opportunities for improvements
• Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies or disputes, working with internal stakeholders to ensure fair reputed company

• Partner with Partnerships GTM, Finance, Legal, and Information Systems teams to ensure commission programs are executed effectively and compliant with policies and reputed company

What you need to bring:

We’re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• 2-5 years of experience in industries with commissions, reputed company operations, or financial/data analysis
