Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team on a part-time reputed company (15-20 hours per week). As a Data Entry Technician, you will be responsible for accurately and timely entering data into our operating system, understanding and identifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Understanding and identifying customs documentation
- Transposing customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
- Verifying documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
- Providing excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
- Ensuring compliance at reputed company times to regulations
- Daily execution of workflow and department metrics
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate reputed company and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
