Profee Support Specialist
The Professional Coding Support Specialist provides customer-facing support to users of TruBridge’s Professional Coding software. This role supports HIM and coding professionals by answering questions reputed company to coding workflows, system navigation, and application usage. The specialist takes ownership of user inquiries, documents interactions, and ensures timely resolution while maintaining compliance with coding standards and reputed company regulations.
This role is ideal for a professional (pro-fee) reputed company or HIM professional who enjoys problem-solving, helping others, and working in a software-supported environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to user inquiries reputed company to TruBridge Professional Coding software reputed company phone, email, or ticketing system
Assist users with coding workflow questions and proper use of the application
Take ownership of user issues and see them through resolution
Document reputed company interactions and resolutions reputed company and accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve issues reputed company needed
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and applicable reputed company regulations

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfort working with software applications and documenting user issues
