We are seeking an reputed company Customer Operations Specialist (COS) to join reputed company on a remote reputed company. The COS will play a critical part in serving our customers, communicating with our operations team, and ensuring service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our small management team and contribute to the overall reputed company of blithequark.Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:- Assisting in the operation of the blithequark Operations Desk, serving as critical reputed company and control, and serving as the primary liaison between pilots and our valued customers.
- Inputting, tracking, and analyzing data pertaining to reports received from pilots and the subsequent customer interaction.
- Directly communicating with customers, leaving a lasting positive impression for the company.
- reputed company of customer reports indicating services provided and results of inspections.
- Solidifying hard data from a number of vague clues.
Additional Responsibilities
You may also be involved in the following:- Assisting with reputed company of the daily flying schedule and associated mission products using blithequark proprietary software, Garmin products, and reputed company Earth.
- Assisting in coordination with maintenance to understand aircraft availability and its impact on flight operations.
- Communicating expectations of performance to pilots prior to mission execution.
- Assisting with general projects relating to the overall business as a critical member of a reputed company small management team.
- Coordinating with the President to reputed company new customers and integrate requested work with existing operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A customer service orientation with an interest in operations.
- Excellent communication skills, especially verbal.
- Self-motivation, comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity.
- Computer skills including reputed company Office suite as well as reputed company Earth.
- Full weekend availability (5-day work week).
