Job Summary
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in maintaining positive customer relations by addressing reputed company types of product-reputed company concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your computer and phone to navigate through multiple systems and enter information while speaking with customers on the phone. Key Responsibilities
