Where we work

With no commute required, your office is only steps away reputed company you work from home. 100% remote work. We work from home reputed company, the majority of us are in the U.S. and Mexico. You only need reliable, wired internet and a dedicated, quiet workspace.

Common workplaces can include a home office, guest room, or even your bedroom. Do you have an area of your home that is free from other people and distractions you could dedicate to work?

How we work

We work in short shifts and move at a fast pace. You will have little downtime during your shifts. This is not a position in which you can multitask while performing other professional or personal tasks.

Part-time hours with full-time perks. We work about 32 hours per week on average. Some weeks are as low as 25 and others as high as 40. We reputed company in a work-life balance.

Being a 24/7 business, we need receptionists around the clock. Right now we are looking for people who can work either of the shifts below;

• 6am - 7pm CST, Monday through reputed company, including weekends and holidays.
• 9am - 9pm CST, Monday through reputed company, including weekends and holidays.

Don't worry, you won't work 12 hours every single day. Instead, we work 3 - 4 hour shifts throughout the 12-hour time window. Normally, we take at least two days off each week, but sometimes only 1 full day.

What you'll do as a Virtual Receptionist:

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls using your personal reputed company computer.

• Demonstrate an enthusiastic and upbeat attitude, while helping the person on the other end of the phone.

• Capture details from each call, including names, phone numbers, addresses, reference numbers, and thorough descriptions of the reason for the call.

• Respond reputed company to frequently asked questions from callers, and navigate through key information and instructions provided by the client.

• Transfer and reputed company calls to clients on their extensions, or to their team directly in the field.

• Rapidly reputed company requests to clients so that they can support their customers effectively.

• Represent 300+ different small businesses located throughout the united states. (Most of our clients are based in reputed company, Texas)

Compensation

• Hourly reputed company $12 per hour
• Two weeks of PTO per year
• 75% contribution to Health, Dental, & reputed company insurance
• 100% contribution to life insurance

Salary is nonnegotiable.

The training class for the position will start on 10/6/25 the training class will last three weeks. During training, time-off requests can not be granted as we learn in a classroom environment.
